Piyush Singh completed his graduation in 2014 with Specialization Hons. in International Law. He is enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi since 2014 and permanent member of the Supreme Court Bar Association. He has worked extensively in the field of Arbitration & Conciliation and have in-depth knowledge as well as skill to take up arbitration disputes in various fields. Mr. Singh is empaneled with National Book Trust of India, (Ministry of Education) and Technology Information Forecasting Assessment Council, Department of Technology, Govt. of India. He has been dealing with disputes pertaining to Government Contracts, challenges to Policy decisions and service matters. He is also a counsel for PPG Asian Paints Pvt. Ltd., Amar Ujala Ltd. and Impressions Printing and Packaging Ltd. and therefore, acquainted with the matters involving high stake financial liabilities and insolvency disputes. Mr. Singh has also argued the famous case of Art of Living Word Cultural Festival Case before the National Green Tribunal which is considered as worth reading on the issue of impacts of human intervention on the environment. He has been appearing for more than other 20 corporate bodies involving cheque bounce cases, builder-allottee-bank disputes, Agreements. Mr. Singh has one of the largest portfolios of RERA cases wherein he has appeared in more than 200 cases.
