The scope of work extends to: • drafting, negotiating or reviewing of guarantees, warranties and insurances; • legal opinions and notes on issues / queries relating to insurances; • drafting of notices / petitions, and handling matters before the District, State as well as National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission.
